THE BUILD.

Brief

Replace a 13.74 MB WooCommerce, Entrada and WPBakery site with a custom WordPress build while preserving the public URL surface.

Constraints

Shared cPanel hosting, no CI or staging environment, an English-only audience, and 280 legacy URLs to preserve.

What we built

A custom PHP theme, structured tour data, server-rendered filters, an enquiry pipeline with Turnstile, SEO/JSON-LD, and a verified redirect map.

Outcome

Homepage transfer fell from 13.74 MB to 3.1 MB in Lighthouse 13.6.0 mobile lab tests, and 280/280 exact redirects plus 11/11 prefix rules were verified on 28 Oct 2026. Field traffic, conversion and revenue data are not available.
